Quality, engineered
Our founder spent thirty years in industries where quality is documented, not asserted. The same system now runs every AGS shipment — eight pillars, applied to every order.
01
Supplier Qualification
Suppliers are assessed for consistency and record-keeping before onboarding, so every lot can be traced back to its source supplier.
02
Product Testing
Batch-level physical checks for moisture, grading and foreign matter. Third-party analysis through a NABL-accredited laboratory can be arranged at buyer nomination.
03
Third-party Inspection
Buyer-nominated third-party inspection can be arranged at nomination, confirmed for your requirement on the enquiry call.
04
Laboratory Analysis
Where a buyer requires laboratory analysis, the scope is agreed to the destination requirement and arranged at nomination.
05
Traceability
Every lot carries a batch code linking the finished carton to its source supplier and processing batch. Retention samples are held for twelve months.
06
Packaging Standards
Food-grade laminates and liners, export-grade cartons, ventilation or barrier properties matched to the product, buyer-defined formats supported.
07
Pre-shipment Inspection
Structured final inspection against the locked specification — weights, marking, labelling, container condition — documented photographically.
08
Continuous Improvement
Every shipment's data and buyer feedback feeds back into specification and process refinement, shipment after shipment.
Roadmap
Certifications ahead
As volumes grow, our roadmap includes HACCP and GFSI-recognised schemes (FSSC 22000 / BRCGS), plus Organic pathways per market demand. Each new credential will appear on the Trust & Compliance page with its verification link the week it is earned.
