Shipment Documents
Every document, explained
Commercial Invoice
The core transaction document — product, quantity, value, Incoterms and parties. Prepared to destination-customs standards.
Packing List
Carton-level detail of contents, weights and marks, aligned to the invoice for smooth customs verification.
Certificate of Origin
Chamber-issued (or preferential, where trade agreements apply) proof of Indian origin — often required for duty treatment.
Bill of Lading
The sea-freight contract and title document, issued by the carrier; surrendered or telex-released per agreed payment terms.
Air Waybill
The air-cargo consignment document for time-critical shipments such as fresh produce.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Government plant-quarantine certification for fresh and plant-origin products, issued per shipment to destination-country requirements.
